Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping label to help our team process your claim with the carrier.

Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos you captured.
Resolution Processing
Once verified, we will immediately issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
