Where do you ship your beer?

We currently ship our fresh craft beer to residents within the states of California, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and New Hampshire. Please note that an adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery.

How should I store my beer once it arrives?

To maintain the highest quality and flavor profile, we recommend keeping all Almanac beers refrigerated at all times. This is especially important for our IPAs and fruit-forward sours.

What is your return policy for online orders?

Due to the perishable nature of our products and legal restrictions regarding the transport of alcohol, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, transit times generally range from 1-3 business days depending on your location.

Are your beers vegan-friendly?

The majority of our beers are vegan. We do not use isinglass or gelatin for fining. If a specific beer contains lactose or honey, it will be clearly listed in the product description on our website.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

We move quickly to get your beer out the door! Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please reach out to us immediately at [email protected] for any urgent requests.
